2. Purchase and payment
TrackSync is offered as a one-time perpetual license purchase. The listed public price is EUR 10.99 or USD 11.99 unless changed on the website before purchase.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy may handle checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, receipts, refunds, license key delivery, and payment support. Your purchase may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
3. License
After purchase, you receive a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased version of TrackSync for your own editing work. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the plugin, installer, or bundled binaries except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.
4. Delivery
TrackSync is delivered digitally as a downloadable macOS installer and software license. Delivery begins after successful checkout, typically by checkout confirmation, license key email, or download email.
5. Compatibility
TrackSync currently targets Apple Silicon Macs and DaVinci Resolve Studio 20.3 or newer. You are responsible for checking the requirements before purchase. Compatibility may depend on changes made by Apple, Blackmagic Design, macOS, or DaVinci Resolve.
6. Updates
A perpetual license includes the version available at the time of purchase and any maintenance updates that Mottygo s.r.o. chooses to provide. Future features, platform support, or major paid upgrades are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.
7. Refunds
TrackSync is sold as a digital software license. Once payment is completed and the license or download is made available, the purchase is final and we do not offer a voluntary refund window. Refunds are handled under the TrackSync Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
8. Acceptable use
You may use TrackSync for lawful post-production work. You may not use the software to infringe intellectual property rights, bypass platform security, or violate applicable law.
9. Local processing and privacy
TrackSync performs audio analysis locally on your Mac and does not upload media or waveform data to TrackSync servers. Payment and support data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer
TrackSync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to make synchronization reliable, but no software can guarantee perfect matches for all recordings, noisy audio, short clips, drift, unusual timelines, or unsupported media.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mottygo s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost projects, lost data, or production delays arising from use of TrackSync.
12. Changes
We may update these terms when the product, legal requirements, or business process changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows the current version.
