Payment help

TrackSync purchases use Stripe Managed Payments, where Stripe acts as merchant of record and presents the customer-facing transaction through Link. Your statement can show LINK.COM with the TrackSync statement descriptor, and Stripe sends the purchase receipt to the checkout email.

For payment lookup, invoices, or a refund request, use the order link in your Stripe or Link receipt. Contact TrackSync support if you need help connecting an order to your license.
