What we collect
- Contact information you send to support, such as name, email address, order details, and message content.
- Purchase information received from Lemon Squeezy, such as order ID, product purchased, purchase email, country, currency, license status, and refund status.
- Basic technical information from hosting logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamp.
- License, download, or update information if needed to deliver the product and prevent abuse.
What the plugin does locally
TrackSync analyzes audio locally on your Mac. It does not upload your media files, Resolve timelines, waveform cache, or audio analysis data to TrackSync servers.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy processes payment details, tax information, invoices, receipts, license key delivery, fraud checks, and payment support under its own legal and privacy terms. TrackSync does not receive your full card number.
How we use data
- To deliver the purchased product and related download information.
- To provide support, troubleshooting, refunds, and purchase verification.
- To keep the website secure and diagnose technical issues.
