TrackSync is sold as a digital perpetual software license. Once payment is completed and the license or download is made available, the purchase is final and we do not offer a voluntary refund window.
Digital delivery
By purchasing TrackSync, you are buying access to a software license and digital installer. Delivery begins immediately after successful checkout, so there is no physical product to return.
Processing
If a refund is legally required or approved by the payment processor, it is returned to the original payment method where possible. Refund timing and payment-method handling may follow Lemon Squeezy's processing rules.
Duplicate purchases
Duplicate accidental purchases for the same user may be refunded when reported with enough order information to identify the transactions.
